Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Streak Money mobile application ("Streak Money", the "App"). In these Terms "we" and "us" refer to the developer of Streak Money. By downloading, installing, or using Streak Money you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the App.
1. The App
Streak Money is a daily money-challenge habit tracker. Each day the App generates a daily spending cap. You log whether you stayed under the cap. Staying under builds a streak; going over resets it. Pro subscribers get extras — skip tokens, vacation mode, full history.
The App stores its core data on your device. There is no separate Streak Money account, login, or server profile.
2. Who can use it
You must be at least 13 years old to use Streak Money, and old enough in your country to enter into a contract for digital services (in most jurisdictions, 16 or 18). If you're under that age, please ask a parent or guardian to manage subscriptions for you.
3. Free and Pro tiers
Streak Money is free to download. The core daily-cap mechanic works without payment. The following features require Streak Money Pro:
- Skip tokens — restore a broken streak (3 per month while Pro)
- Vacation mode — freeze the streak for up to 7 days, 3 times per rolling 12 months
- Unlimited streak history beyond 30 days
- Customer Center self-service via RevenueCat
4. Subscriptions and pricing
Pro is offered as auto-renewing subscriptions and a one-time lifetime purchase, sold and processed through the Apple App Store:

Prices in your local currency are shown inside the App at purchase time and may differ based on Apple's tier system for your region. Apple may also adjust prices for tax / FX reasons in the future and will notify you if so.
4.1 Free trial
The monthly and yearly auto-renewing subscriptions include a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. If you do not cancel during the trial, Apple will charge the full subscription price at the end of the trial period.
4.2 Auto-renewal
Auto-renewing subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends. Apple bills your iTunes/App Store account on the day the renewal is processed.
4.3 How to cancel
You can cancel at any time:
- Inside the App: Settings → Manage subscription (opens RevenueCat's Customer Center).
- Directly with Apple: iOS Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Streak Money Pro → Cancel Subscription.
Cancellation stops future renewals. Pro features remain available until the end of the current paid period.
4.4 Refunds
All payment, refund, and chargeback decisions are handled by Apple under their published rules. To request a refund: reportaproblem.apple.com. Streak Money does not have access to your payment method and cannot issue refunds directly. If Apple grants a refund, your Pro access ends at the next sync.
4.5 Lifetime purchase
The Lifetime tier is a one-time, non-consumable purchase that unlocks Pro for the lifetime of the Streak Money product. We will honour the unlock for as long as we maintain the App on the App Store. If we discontinue the App, the unlock cannot be transferred to a different app.
5. Your license
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Streak Money on iOS devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA).
6. What you agree not to do
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App except where applicable law explicitly allows it;
- Bypass, modify, or interfere with the daily-cap algorithm, the streak logic, the subscription validation, or any rate / quota in the App;
- Use the App or any of its content to build a competing product;
- Sell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the App or any of its components without our written consent;
- Use the App to break any law applicable to you.
7. Your data
How we handle data is described in the Privacy Policy. Your in-app financial entries stay on your device. Anonymous diagnostics + purchase validation flow through Firebase and RevenueCat as described there.
You're responsible for backing up your device. If you lose your device or delete the App without restoring purchases, your local streak history is gone — but Pro entitlement can be restored on any device signed in to the same Apple ID using Settings → Restore purchase.
8. Disclaimers
Streak Money is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that:
- The App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at any particular time;
- The daily-cap algorithm is suitable for your specific financial situation;
- Your streak or savings figures are accurate enough to be relied on for accounting, budgeting against creditors, or tax purposes.
Streak Money is not financial, investment, accounting, or tax advice. It is a habit-tracking tool. Please consult a qualified professional for personal financial advice.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, neither we nor our processors are liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App. Our total aggregate liability for direct damages is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the App in the 12 months before the claim arose, or (b) US $50.
Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations — in that case the limitations apply to the maximum extent the law allows.
10. Termination
You may stop using Streak Money and delete the App at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms or use the App in a way that risks legal liability for us or other users. On termination, sections that by their nature should survive (Limitation of liability, Disclaimers, Governing law, miscellaneous) will continue to apply.
11. Changes to the App and to these Terms
We may add, change, or remove features in the App. We will give reasonable in-app or email notice of material changes to these Terms. Your continued use of the App after the change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms. If you don't accept, please stop using the App.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms will be resolved by the competent courts of Vietnam, except where mandatory consumer law in your country of residence requires otherwise.
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights you have in your country.
13. Apple notice
You acknowledge that these Terms are between you and the developer of Streak Money only, not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content beyond the responsibilities Apple sets out in its own EULA. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and has the right to enforce them against you in respect of your use of the App.
